Laziza Falooda Jelly Mix 235g
Ingredients: Refined Sugar, Patent Flour, Dextrose, Vegetable Gum, Adipic Acid, Raisins, Almonds, Pistachio, Potassium Citrate, Potassium Chloride, Basil, Food Colours E129 (FD&C No. Red 40).
If there are any allergens in the ingredients they are marked as bold.
Cooking Instructions: Mix the sachet of jelly with 200ml boiling water and stir until dissolved. Set aside to cool and set.
Meanwhile, mix one glass of water with one litre of milk and bring to the boil. Add the Falooda mix and cook for 15 minutes, stirring at intervals. Cool in a refrigerator.
To serve, pour the chilled falooda mix into glasses and top with the jelly, and crushed ice or strawberry ice cream.
