Alphanso or Kesar Mango Milkshake 375 g (1.5 cups) of mango puree (freshly pureed mango is the ultimate, however, you can use Alphanso or Kesar Mango Pulp)

  1. 500 ml (2 cups) of cold milk
  2. A small scoop of vanilla ice-cream
  3. 30-45 g (2-3 tablespoons) of sugar
  4. Cardamom powder (optional)
  5. Saffron (optional)

Add mango puree and sugar in a blender and blend it to a fine paste. Then add milk. Then a scoop of ice-cream, add the optional items and blend together to a smooth creamy shake. Serve chilled!
