Its very simple. Free delivery on groceries (Non-chilled items) minimum purchase of £50.00, otherwise if below £50 then £4.99. We reseve the right to reject an order if items ordered are only from the Special Offer section or just from the Clearance section. Please Note, If you buy over £50 of groceries (you will get free delivery) but if you buy some meat, which is less than £90, then you will be charged for the packaging of the meat only (i.e £7.99). Basically, you need to buy over £50 of groceries and over £90 of meat to enjoy free shipping, i.e. no mix and matching on buying.

Delivery Costs
We cannot accept any liability for goods that have been sent back to the depot and perished.
(i.e. there was no-one at home to receive the order.)There may also be a re-delivery charge of £ 4.99, this is at the discretion of the courier and can only be determined if a re-delivery had to be made by the courier. The courier will only make a maximum of 2 attempts to deliver, after that the goods will be held at the depot for 7 days, and thereafter, returned back to us. In this event upon the goods being in a saleable condition we will deduct the cost of postage and returns-fee of £11.99 and re-imburse the balance in the method that you paid us.
Delivery Times
The customer will be notified by email when the goods have been despatched. If you prefer a specific delivery date then please make a note at the end of the order or call 01924 474488 with your order number and mention your preffered delivery day/date. We use several reputable courier companies, depending on the area where the delivery needs to be made, and for this we will send you a consignment number and a link or contact for you to keep track of the order if you so desire.
For Perishable items ordered (Chilled meat, frozen products or fresh fruit & vegetables) it will be the customers responsibility to ensure that someone is available to accept the parcel on the day of delivery. If an attempt was made to deliver and this failed due to nobody present at home, then the customer will be responsible and liable for the loss of goods (due to deterioration in the product), in this respect no claim can be made against Mullaco.com.
We can deliver your order on any day from monday to friday inclusive Your order will be delivered any time between 7.30am and 5.30pm on the day that you have specified. Unfortunately it is not possible to stipulate a time for delivery, it is therefore essential that, when ordering, you provide instructions for the courier, should you happen to be out when your goods are delivered. This could be an alternative delivery address such as your place of work. To avoid fraudulent transactions,we may require further proof to confirm that the alternative delivery address is valid. Delivery packaging
Your order is made up the day before your requested delivery date and sent by overnight courier. All your goods are packed in presentation boxes and securely wrapped in ice packs or gel packs. Your order is then placed in a strong cool-box which prevents warming and protects your goods from knocks and bumps. Independent tests have shown that our unique travel packs keep your order chilled during transit between 24 and 48 hours.
If you have ordered for example chilled products (meat etc) and some dry goods ( spices) then you may receive two separate parcels
Substitution / Equivalent Item.
In certain cases if a product is not available the we will substitute that item for a similar product. This will be equivalent in quality and weight if not more than what you originally ordered. If the price of the substituted item is higher than you will not be asked to pay the difference. If the price of the alternative item is less then what you originally paid then we shall pay you back the difference either with another item or financially
