Delivery Costs
Our delivery charge is a flat fee of £4.99 for every 25kg. For chilled (meat, poultry or fresh fruit and vegetables) and frozen ( i.e. prawns, kebabs etc) products there is an additional charge of £ 7.99 per 20kg box. This is to cover for the additional cost in using specialised packaging materials and ensuring you get your perishable goods unperished!!
We cannot accept any liability for goods that have been sent back to the depot and perished. There may also be a re-delivery charge of £ 4.99, this is at the discretion of the courier and can only be determined if a re-delivery had to be made by the courier.
Delivery Times
The customer will be notified by email when the goods have been despatched. If you prefer a specific delivery date then please make a note at the end of the order or call 01924 474488 with your order number and mention your preffered delivery day/date. We use several reputable courier companies, depending on the area where the delivery needs to be made, and for this we will send you a consignment number and a link or contact for you to keep track of the order if you so desire.
For Perishable items ordered (Chilled meat, frozen products or fresh fruit & vegetables) it will be the customers responsibility to ensure that someone is available to accept the parcel on the day of delivery. If an attempt was made to deliver and this failed due to nobody present at home, then the customer will be responsible and liable for the loss of goods (due to deterioration in the product), in this respect no claim can be made against Mullaco.com.
We can deliver your order on any day from Tuesday to Saturday inclusive (Saturday delivery incurs a £ 5 surcharge).
Your order will be delivered any time between 8.30am and 5.30pm on the day that you have specified. Unfortunately it is not possible to stipulate a time for delivery, it is therefore essential that, when ordering, you provide instructions for the courier, should you happen to be out when your goods are delivered. This could be an alternative delivery address such as your place of work, neighbour, friend, or safe place to leave your box such as a patio or garage, this does not include a front doorstep.

Delivery packaging
Your order is made up the day before your requested delivery date and sent by overnight courier. All your goods are packed in presentation boxes and securely wrapped in ice packs or gel packs. Your order is then placed in a strong cool-box which prevents warming and protects your goods from knocks and bumps. Independent tests have shown that our unique travel packs keep your order chilled during transit between 24 and 48 hours.
If you have ordered for example chilled products (meat etc) and some dry goods ( spices) then you may receive two separate parcels
